As Operations and Support Manager, I oversee the day to day operational, supply chain, customer, and support functions. My role involves coordinating with suppliers, orders, shipments, logistics, and operational timelines to ensure that customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
I manage customer communication throughout the order process, from providing updates and tracking shipments to resolving queries and ensuring a consistent standard of service. I oversee warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring efficient stock control. I develop and maintain relationships with clearing and forwarding agents to find reliable and effective solutions. Alongside these responsibilities, I lead our support team, with a focus on training, development, and maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.
My focus is on keeping our support team, processes, and resources well coordinated, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly while delivering a reliable and high standard of service to our customers.

Over the next 3–5 years, I’d like to continue developing my skills and broadening my experience within Ekman. I’d like to take on more responsibility, contribute to larger projects, and continue building strong relationships across the business.
I’m also keen to grow my knowledge of the wider business and identify opportunities where I can add greater value. Ultimately, my goal is to continue progressing professionally while making a meaningful contribution to the team and the company’s success.
My hobbies
Painting is one of the things I enjoy most in my free time, especially experimenting with different textures and techniques. I find it relaxing and a creative way to unwind and express myself.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I value those moments to switch off, reconnect, and enjoy time together.
