As a Group CFO I am responsible for overseeing the finance/accounting/reporting/business control/tax/ESG operations and strategy. I also take active part in the Group Management Team and I am a board member in a number of the groups companies.
My main objectives are:
- Together with the group management team find ways to improve the groups performance and manage risks
- To be a curious and forward-thinking business partner
- Make sure that teams and individuals learn and develop
I really enjoy working with colleagues that are focused on making deals, developing business transactions and also making sure to care for customer and supplier relations, employee development and ESG.
I appreciate to work in an international environment with the tempo and energy that it brings.
The fact that the Ekman family and company employees own the Ekman Group makes it extra meaningful to deliver value to the owners.
Since I just started to work for the Ekman Group my goal is to be involved in as much as possible and also meet as many colleagues as possible in order to asap be able to deliver value.
Outside of work, I like spending time with family and friends. Hobbies are sports and outdoor activities with our dog, fixing the house and garden etc.
